ETHOS is known for re-imagining plant-based food and the perfect place for trying some less familiar dishes. We partnered with them to explain the Magic behind some of our favourite Vegetarian Brunch Classics to a room full of meat eaters.
Head-Chef Guimas used the flavours and textures of in-season ingredients to create exciting and inspiring dishes, meat-free and influenced by a number of different cuisines. The dishes were familiar, yet 'with an exciting twist'.
